When you contact Dust Dr. for post-construction cleaning services, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. This information is used solely to respond to your service request, provide quotes, schedule cleanings, and communicate about your project.
Terms Of Service
Service Availability: All services are scheduled based on availability and jobsite readiness. We work around construction timelines and inspection deadlines as best we can.
Pricing: No two jobs are the same. Our pricing is based on the scope of work, site conditions, and square footage. You’ll receive a clear estimate before we start.
Deposits: Larger commercial or multi-phase jobs may require a deposit before service begins. This will be discussed upfront if it applies to your project.
Project Changes: If the scope of work changes after we quote, due to added trades, delays, or extra cleaning needs, we’ll review it with you and adjust the price if needed. No surprise charges.
Safety & Access: You’re responsible for providing safe, unlocked access to the work area. If conditions on-site prevent us from working safely or efficiently, we’ll reschedule once the issue is resolved.
Scheduling Changes: We understand construction timelines shift. Just give us reasonable notice if you need to move your service date and we’ll work with you.
Photo Usage
We may take before-and-after photos of our cleaning work to showcase our results. These may be used on our website, social media, or in marketing materials.
We never include client names, addresses, or identifying information.
If you’d prefer we don’t photograph your project, just let us know before we begin.
